Texas River Girls

We were young and up to no good
We’d park our cars out in the woods
And drink beer in the moonlight
One night some river girls pulled up
In their daddy’s old pickup truck
It must’ve been our lucky night

Cause city girls didn’t like us
So they didn’t come round too much
They wouldn’t give us the time
But a good time was had by all
When the river girls came to call
The river girls liked us fine
